Set-up Costs

Typically the set up costs of a Funky Monkeys franchise can cost in the region of £235,000. The total initial investment will depend on many factors such as location and size.  You will need to provide between 30-50% of this as unemcoumbered funds, the remaining amount can be funded through a bank loan subject to status.

The Franchise agreement is for a period of 10 years (subject to terms and conditions).

There is a one-off franchise licence fee of £20,000 - this includes comprehensive initial and on-going training (included in the initial set up costs).

There are also ongoing monthly fees based on net sales:

- 7% Management Service Fee for continuing support services

- 3% Contribution to the National Marketing Levy

A Funky Monkeys franchise with the right people and the right attitude can see their investment paid back in 2-3 years.  This is not guaranteed it could be more, it could be less.
